Month: May 2022
Consternatingly Rev Dr Gulnar Eleanor Francis-Dehqani, Bishop of Chelmsford
And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, … well nothing really. So I’ll just talk about Jesus.

Tina Beattie, Professor of being Catholic
And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, I went for a walk in Battersea and saw a bad piece of art. Which brings me to other stuff. There’s a tiny quote from the Big Book of Magic Stuff which is marginally relevant to the other stuff that is related to the bad piece of art I saw in my walk in Battersea.
And that is the Big News today from a Faith Perspective.

Rev Dr Rob Marshall, Priest at St John the Evangelist, Welwyn Garden City
And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, football. Football and religion – have I ever mentioned them together before? They’re just such a great combination, aren’t they? Ask any Celtic or Rangers fan.

Scintillatingly Rev and non-female Philip North, Bishop of Burnley and not Bishop of Sheffield
Food is getting more expensive and in short supply. But there is a solution. Come along to your local (preferably C of E, because it’s the real) Church and join in the Eucharist. Free, all you can eat, bread and wine. Not only can you gorge yourself and get drunk, you may, or may not, depending on individual taste, be eating bits of Jesus.
The C of E, once again providing practical solutions to the world’s problems.
