Let us remember the anniversary of D-Day.
And it’s the end of Ramadan. Oh, yes, Ramadan. I wasn’t going to mention it, but now that it’s come up I may as well spend the rest of my sermon talking about Ramadan (in a totally non self satisfied and non-proselyting way). Ramadan, which is just ending, is where we Muslims, fast and pray and are generally much holier than everyone else.
And that is my Faith Perspective on the D-Day landings.
Tina Beattie, Professor of being Catholic
And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, there are angry people on the Internet. I wasn’t going to talk about anger, but since the subject is in the news, I will.
Rev Dr Dr Prof David Wilkinson, Principal of St John’s College Durham
Some say President Trump is the most Christian President ever. These are not true Christians. So now I can talk about Jesus, and real Christians. Real Christians are brave, generous, humble, kind and do not say nice things about President Trump.
Martin Wroe, Writer, Journalist, and oh yes incidentally, Assistant Vicar of St Luke’s Church, Islington
And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, Good Morning.
