Hindus and Sikhs are being murdered and persecuted in Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Middle East by an unknown religion whose name I have forgotten.

This is exactly the same as here in Britain where Christians complain that they aren’t allowed to bash their fellow workers over the head with their crucifixes, and are thus being cruelly persecuted.

As always, the answer to all this intolerance is to be found in more religion.

The Taliban, because they’re a bunch of religious nutters, do everything they can to prevent women’s education. Christianity, not a bunch of religious nutters, or at least real Christianity, true Christianity, my Christianity, has always advocated unlimited education. We believe that everyone should be free to read our Big Book of Magic Stuff and be told that it’s true. We call this “critical thinking”.

And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, the children of my church won a prize at the Kew Horticultural Show. Their delighted CofE parents meanwhile, drove their SUVs to the latest anti-ULEZ protest, that most people in Kew won’t have to pay.
