Jasvir Singh, Chair of the City Sikhs Network, Co-chair of Faiths Forum 4 London

Isn’t the war terrible. Where is the Invisible Magic Friend? Even one of the Gurus asked this. I will approach this question by ignoring it. Instead, I want to tell you what a great time we’re having at the Faiths Forum 4 London, where we held yet another inter faith buffet. It gives us all hope.

Rev Roy Jenkins, Baptist Minister in Cardiff

The Prophet Isaiah prophesied the war between Israel and Hamas, or at least something very, very similar. Or at least he successfully prophesied Jesus, who’s suffering terribly over all this. It’s as if these two peoples really hate each other. I can’t think why.

Rhidian Babbling Brook, writer, celebrity and Christian

And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, a metaphor. Or is it a simile? Either way it’s just the sort of brilliant literary device you would expect from such a celebrity Christian writer like wot I am.

The war between two branches of the Abrahamic sect is like a great explosion, followed by deafening noise, followed by annoying tinnitus. I’m not saying which one I am.
