And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, the 1968 film “Song of Summer”. This was about the crotchety old atheist, Frederick Delius, and a nice, devout Catholic, Eric Fenby, who wrote out the music dictated by Delius. Delius mocked Fenby’s Catholicism. Yes, I know, how could anyone possibly mock Catholicism.

But the virtuous Fenby continued, because even though Delius was an evil atheist, he nevertheless wrote beautiful music. The beautiful music was really created by the Invisible Magic Friend. And so, when arrogant, disrespectful, annoying atheists do something beautiful, they are really being spiritual whether they like it or not.

And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, animals. They’re great. Animals are spiritual creatures. Animals, like humans, like to play. That’s being spiritual too. Animals get mentioned in the Big Book of Magic Stuff. Yes, animals are that important.

My point is clear.
