Happy Ramadan everybody! Also happy launch day of SPHEREx, the new near infrared telescope. Religion and science are not in conflict. Science asks “how”, but religion asks “why”. Religion and religion however are frequently in conflict, as everyone’s answer to the second question turns out to be different and those who give the wrong answer clearly have to be corrected.
