And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, my enjoyment of a performance of Verdi’s Requiem (in South Africa) was rudely spoiled by the person in front taping the whole performance on their mobile phone.

But Verdi Requiem performances (in South Africa, where I was), are not the only theatrical performances that are interrupted. Performances all over the world (not just in South Africa, where I was) are interrupted by rude people.

Secular performances are very spiritual. Just like Christmas Carol Services, or Christmas Mass, whether in South Africa (where I have recently been) or elsewhere. These are all theatrical performances too.
