Do not, I repeat DO NOT, smear the faces of your critics with dog faeces. The Buddha and Jesus were both agreed on this point. Dog faeces is not a valid form of constructive engagement. Instead, when a point of disagreement arises, engage in discussion with your critics and show them that they’re wrong and you are right. Christianity in particular, right through the centuries, has always welcomed open discussion about its theology and practices.
Obviously there is no need for discussion about Thought For The Day, because we’re religious and therefore always right about everything. This is why questions and comments are banned on Radio 4.
