Help Finding a Vaughan Williams Recording

Many years ago one of our contributors recommended a rendition by a Russian orchestra of Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams with a particularly moving cello part. A weblink was provided that has subsequently been lost among many other renditions on YouTube.

I’ve searched the old blog for this with no luck. I tried my streaming service, idagio. Again, nothing. The reader asking about this has even been in contact with the Ralph Vaughan Williams Society and even they can’t find it.

Does anyone know where it can be found, because one of our regular readers would love to hear it again?

Racism is still widespread. Racism is wrong, because we were all decended from Adam in the Garden of Eden. Laterly, science has come to accept the theory of common decent, even though for many years it got it totally wrong. Just think of all the time that could have been saved if only science had listened to the right religion all along.

And in the Big News today from a Faith Perspective, Fatima Elizabeth Cates was the first recorded convert to Islam and founded the first Mosque in the UK. That makes her brilliant. If such a brilliant person as Fatima could see how brilliant Islam is then that just proves how briliiant Islam is. The Koran tells us how brilliant Islam is and the Koran is never wrong.

Jesus was keen on birds, so birds are really important. Which brings me to theology and the Invisible Magic Friend, who created all the beautiful birds.
