  1. The Son of God goes out to war
    A kingly crown to gain
    His royal banner blazes forth
    Who follows in his train…
And why was the friendly parson of youthful memory always a trainspotter and those books by a Reverend about Thomas the Tank Engine…Hmmm.

  3. According to Bishop Walker, the invention of Protestantism was a Good Thing, because people could talk to the IMF themselves instead of having to get a priest to do it for them. This led to better communication and mutual understanding throughout Europe.

In fact, it led to the Thirty Years War, during which up to 8 million people were killed, including half the population of what is now Germany. Worth remembering the next time someone on TftD starts going on about Christianity being a religion of peace.
