  1. Some good thoughts from Mona this morning but nothing that required any religious input at all. She says that the things required to improve life for people around the world require “the putting aside of differences and narrow self interests”. I can think of many religious groups who ask for their differences and narrow self interests to be taken into account.

    1. Mona nearly always provides a very thoughtful and balanced TFTD, usually with a minimal reference to religion. In fact her contributions are an excellent example of just how good TFTD could be, if only it would drop the irrelevant and distracting “faith perspective”.
